1) Digital Products (Wallpapers, Downloads, Guides)

Because digital products are delivered instantly:

• All digital product sales are final
• No refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed

Exceptions may be made if:
• You were charged multiple times by mistake
• The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will help resolve it.


2) Coaching Services

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Sessions missed without 24 hour notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered after a coaching session has taken place. If a serious issue occurs, we may review requests case by case.


3) Merchandise (Physical Products)

If you sell merch:

• Returns accepted within [14 or 30] days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

No refunds for:
• Worn or used items
• Final sale items


4) Community Memberships (Skool, Groups, Subscriptions)

• Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted
• Cancel anytime to prevent future billing
• No partial refunds for unused time
