About Me

I created The Mutual Man to help people discover themselves and build healthier relationships rooted in self-respect and honest connection. My mission is to teach healthy love, emotional awareness, and the kind of self-respect that leads to real confidence and stable relationships. I believe masculinity is at its best when it is grounded in responsibility, self-control, and authenticity, not performance or ego.

I am 27 and grew up in New York City, and my life experiences, including both healthy and unhealthy relationships, have shaped how I see people and connection. Living with bipolar and going through traumatic relationship dynamics forced me to look inward, grow, and better understand human behavior. Those experiences challenged me and taught me empathy, boundaries, and the importance of self-awareness.

I study psychology because I believe many human problems can be solved through understanding the mind. My long-term, goal is to pursue a PhD in psychology so I can deepen my knowledge and impact. Everything I share comes from lived experience, reflection, and continuous learning. You can find my work and community on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, and Discord or Skool, where I share ideas on growth, self-respect, and healthy relationships.
